Delete your Moneger account

You can delete your account and its data:

1. In the app: Settings → Account → “Delete account”. It is deleted immediately.
2. Without the app: email Zrngmehdi96@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account” and include the shop name, shop code (MNG-…) and your name. It is deleted within 30 days and we reply to confirm.

What is deleted: if you are the only member, the shop, all its records and devices. If other members remain, your name, devices and sign-in; the shop’s ledger stays with them. Error reports contain no ledger content.
